Well… the energies right now are truly powerful…and a little chaotic!

Its often a little bit difficult to keep your balance and remain centered when the energy is so powerful!

Yesterday, my friend Jan Custers in Holland sent me some beautiful images of a friend of his dancing….and I was struck by the absolute power and grace in these images! And it occurred to me that the way to cope with such powerful and seemingly chaotic energies from the Divine Feminine aspect of the Source….is to dance. The form of the dance itself lends elegance and grace to the energy of the Divine Feminine.

This dancer, a Dutch woman who is a professional Oriental dancer and goes by the name of Shahrazad, expresses the absolute essence of the Divine Feminine in her body.

I think that this may be one of the keys to running the energy of the present moment. To dance. Maybe literally, but also metaphorically.

For a dancer is poised and graceful and very centered. Part of the art of dancing lies in finding your center and then moving your body around that center to form graceful patterns.

In our head-oriented culture, we have become focussed on the straight line, called “logic”, and we have forgotten about the wonderful spiral patterns of the dance of the Divine Feminine.

The dance is an expression of inner beauty and grace, and the dance is its own purpose and story. Maybe we are learning to “dance” in our lives, to express our own stories with grace and poise. And maybe it is a skill that we are just learning. And so, like many learner dancers, we may be a bit clumsy and fall over our own feet. But, as my angels always say, if you fall down, get up and keep dancing. Eventually, you will dance with grace and poise.

Also, you will find, that as you become more attuned to your body, you will learn to express more through your body and less through your head. You will learn to trust your body and its reactions, because you will understand that it is your whole body that is involved in this dance, and not just your brain or your head. And you will learn to watch the “dance” of others, and to understand what is being expressed on all levels.

I have just been through an experience with some people who said one thing and their actions said quite another. In this case, their words and their “dance” were out of alignment. I was able to see the “dance” because that is what I have become aware of. It is a common problem in our western culture, and reminds me of the old Native American saying that the “white man speaks with forked tongue”….did anyone really say that? Anyway, it emphasizes that people who are primarily head based often don’t “walk their talk”, or in these terms, their words and their dance don’t align.

I guess we are all working on this aspect of ourselves as we work with the “absolute integrity” energy of the 11:11:11 cosmic wave.

Well, from now on its dance practice for me…..graceful, elegant and fully aligned….

Wow…what a day that was! 11:11:11!

As I sit here early on the 12th, I feel an immense sense of a very deep and profound PEACE.

It feels as though the entire Planet is held in this deep and loving essence of PEACE.

But I know, that in truth, we have surfed the Crystal Energy Waves into a Higher Dimension of Consciousness. And that this is the deep peace and sense of Oneness that I am experiencing this morning! It feels like Grace and Unconditional Love. It feels like the future!

Well, I had a very eventful passage through the gate, thanks to modern technology. I was able to experience the Global Radiance first hand in a most wonderful way. It began on Thursday evening, with an energetic “interconnection” session held with the Dutch Starchild Ascension Community in our Chat Room. The Angelic Energy sessions are hosted by Wilhelmina in the USA. So, the first connection was made with the loving and wonderful Dutch Lightworkers in Holland. Thanks to the Dutch Starchild manager, Achara Lovink, who organised the event and Wilhelmina who facilitated. It was a truly wonderful experiece of blending and love and Oneness! The technology of Computers and “online” magic allowed us to be “together” in a wonderful way, despite the fact that we were many thousands of miles from each other in physical terms. In energetic terms we linked hands and shared the waves of Angelic energy with each other. Everyone agreed it was a wonderful experience. Dank je, Dutch Lightworkers!

On the actual Friday of the 11:11:11, we held another Global Radiance session, this time in our English Language Chat Room. This was attended by myself in South Africa, and Lightworkers from Europe and the USA. Again, Wilhelmina was facilitating. The energy was soft and wonderful and loving, and again it was a Global and personal experience of the deep radiance of the Crystal Energy as we shared it among ourselves and sent it into the Crystal Grids of the Planet.

Then, late that night, for me just after midnight, I joined telephonically Beth Loeb and Friends in Manhattan in New York. The specific purpose was to exchange energies between South Africa and the USA at this wonderful time. Well, at one point I passed a wave of energy to Beth and her friends, and it was felt in the USA by people who were on a phone conference with her. What an experience. The person said she felt like she was “lighting up like a light bulb”!

Again, what a magnificent experience of our ability to become One on the Energetic level, and to pass and share this Radiant Love Energy between us. Time and Space mean very little in this dimension of LOVE and PEACE.

And so, as we pass into the next phase of this cycle, we can only work with expanding these energies…and creating the Crystal Bridge for many others to walk across. In our Friday session with Wilhelmina, this was a very clear images. Many millions of people crossing the Bridge of Light into Higher Consciousness, as our beloved Planet anchors her Ascension!

And so, I end off with one of the stunning images that our own Jan Custers from Holland created especially for this event. The images convey the idea of LOVE RADIANCE!

Well, I have been silent in this space recently because I have been away on a working trip. I was invited to visit in Hungary and to do some work there.

The image above is of the Hungarian parliament building which is situated on the Danube River. Budpest as a city is made up of two cities Buda and Pest, one on each side of the Danube. Hungary is a wonderful country with an energy that is warm and beautiful. Although, like many other countries emerging from a Communist history into the contemporary world, life is not easy, there is an energy of expectation and power just waiting to be released.

I did a workshop in Budapest on Indigo and Crystal children, and also gave a public talk and channel on the New Children and their message. I worked with individuals as well, thanks to my wonderful translator, Judit. I was happy to connect with so many wonderful Lightworkers in this country, and to share light and information with them. Thank you so much to all of you, especially my hosts, Kriszta, Bennie and Eva, and my translators, Judit and Agnes.

If I were to describe the thing that I noticed most, it would be the presence of New Earth energies in Hungary. One of the highlights of my personal experience was attending a ceremony for the Goddess in Budapest. This was organized by my host, Kriszta. It was all in Hungarian, but I was able to follow it. We danced, we sang, we meditated and we connected with each other on a very deep level.

What also impressed me was that there were also men at this ceremony. They danced and sang as well, and I worked with a wonderful Hungarian man called Victor, whose wife and two children were also part of the ritual.

It is the music and dance in the souls of the Hungarian people that makes this country a natural home for the energy of the Divine Feminine. It is a joy to see and feel how the New Earth energy of the Divine Feminine is connecting with ancient streams of wisdom in Europe at this time.

Well, that was quite a week. The Equinox energies have been very powerful, both on an individual and a global level. The intense energy has been the engine for many changes and shifts, aimed at providing the structures for new directions in our lives. Here at Starchild Ascension, we have worked very hard to set up our new community message boards for English, Dutch, German and Spanish, as well as a new site called “New Earth Healing”. We are very proud of our new additions.

But, in the midst of all this energy, my attention has been drawn to the need for holding our balance by finding our Inner Peace and Joy. In our modern lives, this is not always easy. There is so much to do that we find little time to just “Be”. It is only when you allow yourself to “be”, that you can experience the full power and presence of your “I AM” identity - your Divine Essence.

I always find it easier to just let go and be when I am in nature. I am fortunate that I live in a very beautiful place - between the Mountains and the Southern Ocean. I can enjoy being in the Mountains or at the Ocean. I spend a lot of time at the Ocean, often in the company of my beloved friends, the Southern Right Whales, who are here from June to December.

The first photograph was taken this last week, the day after the Equinox. It was a fairly stormy Spring day, but I could feel the peace as I experienced water, wind, earth and sky. The peaceful reflections of the sky in the rock pool, surrounded by jagged rocks and the turbulent Ocean beyond. There is always space for Peace and Reflection, no matter how turbulent things appear to be!

And in the experience of this peace and calm comes gratitude. An acceptance of All That Is, and of things as they Are. This planet is our home, and it is a place of beauty and love. We are learning to find and focus on that peace, calm and love. Feeling gratitude focusses our attention on love and expressing that love. It is difficult to be angry or fearful when you are in that state of gratitude. And calm.

And the same applies to our experience of people as well. The more we can feel and express gratitude for others in our lives, the more we will be able to express and feel love. It is only when we are stressed and hasty and rushing, that we have no time to see the beauty and the gift in the presence of others in our lives. We demand that they meet our needs, rather than accepting the gift of their being to us. Only quiet reflection allows us to truly see the beauty in all things.

And that brings me to the second image. I was sent this wonderful image of the dog connecting with a dolphin by a friend in Hawaii. It also arrived this week. It was a reminder that we share the planet with many other beings of different species, and that not everything here is about humans!

Learning to be sensitive to our “relations”, as the Native Americans call these beings, will make us more aware of our environment and the way in which we interact within it. But it can also bring us deep Joy as we learn to share love with all the beings on the planet. This image, for me, contains the essence of love, wonder, adventure, curiosity, and just plain fun!

And isnt that what life is about!

Yesterday I spent several hours with my friend Leslie. She is American, and she lives in Louisiana. New Orleans to be exact. She is also a medical doctor who flew out here to attend a conference, and Sunday she returns to the USA and what was once her home.

We talked, of course, about her experience of Hurricane Katrina. She had just arrived home in New Orleans from a visit with her mother in Pennsylvania when the mandatory evacuation order was issued. She left her suitcase in the hallway and took a ride with a friend to Mississippi to stay with mutual friends, thinking it would be for a night or two at most. Never dreaming that she would not be able to return to her home, or that everything might be lost.

We talked about what that experience might mean for her on the spiritual level. She was grateful to be alive and unharmed, unlike so many others. But what came to her most clearly was how material possessions are not important, and that what is important is human life.

Well, for people who live in a consumerist and money-oriented society, as most developed socieities are, this is an insight that is only just beginning to truly enter consciousness. And this has been largely because of the devastation of Hurricane Katrina and the slow responses and inadequate planning of the government.

Living in the post World War II boom of technology and conspicuous consumption, most of us have taken on the belief that money can buy us happiness through the material possessions and comforts that we can aquire. We have all but lost out sense of common humanity and our respect for life in our quest to gain more money and more possessions.

And so, as Leslie talks to me, I have an insight into what it means to have these “symbols” of security and wealth suddenly taken away. And I begin to see quite clearly that as we move into Higher Consciousness, our relationship with money and material possessions must change. We are learning that everything of importance is within us, and that material possessions are not an indicator of who and what we are. It is what is in our Heart and Soul that counts.

This learning came to me in a more simple and less traumatic way. About 8 months ago I was suddenly urged by my Inner Guidance to start clearing out “clutter” from my home. Book, magazines, files, papers….went out first. Then furniture. Then clothes….Everything that wasn’t essential, beautiful or being used, went out and was passed on to someone else who could make use of it!

I started to realize how much I had that I did not need or use. Out of this clutter clearing exercise arose a new understanding of my life. I was creating a simple and more elegant place to live. Everything was beautiful, necessary and comforatble. I began to think of beauty and comfort as essentials, as were flowers and music, in the space I was creating for myself.

But at the same time I was learning non-attachment. That none of this is of real importance. It can be taken away very suddenly, without affecting my essential being or my sense of who I am.

I know that in the post money/economics society of the New Earth, we will once again value each other and simple human kindness and love more than we value our possessions. That doesn’t mean that we wont have beautiful homes and belongings, quite the contrary, but our sense of value will lead us to share more and demand less.

We will return, or rather, move forward to….lives of simplicity,grace and elegance. And non-attachment to material things. Our values will be those of the Heart. Love, support, sharing, caring for our global family. This is the opportunity that Katrina’s aftermath offers to each one of us. Move into the Heart space, share what and where you can, and understand the value of simple grace….

In the aftermath of the Katrina storm many of us are still feeling the effects on our energies. We are being moved towards cleansing and balancing and releasing old patterns that no longer serve us. So it was with a mixture of sadness and understanding that I have watched several dramas unfold this week between people who are hard working and loving Lightworkers. But the old patterns are coming up to be released.

Those of us who are Lightworkers have made huge leaps of consciousness in the last few years. But as a group we still seem to be carrying old patterns from the past in some ways. This manifests in our attitudes towards each other sometimes. There are two attitudes that I have picked up. The first is a superiority attitude, where the Lightworker believes him or herself to have the right undestanding and knowledge, and refuses to listen to or associate with others who do not share that particular belief system. The second attitude is a missionary zeal, where the Lightworker sets out with the ambition of winning followers and converting others to their particular set of beliefs and ideas. They measure their “success” by how many people they have following them.

These are past life patterns buried deep within the consciousness of western society, and can be traced to the influence of christianity on the way we think and act. When Jesus said “I am the Light, the Truth and the Way, no one comes to the Father except through me”, he really started something. I note that as a Teacher, Jesus did not say “I am the only way”, he just said he was “the way”. Now those who are familiar with other metaphysical systems, such as the Tao, know that “the way” is a term used for a particular perceptual understanding of life. The flow, the natural path of events, what is in harmony with the flow of the Universe. Unfortunately, fundmantalists have consistently used these words to insist that only those who follow Jesus have “truth”.

This misunderstanding or misreading of these words of Jesus have lead to more than a thousand years of violence and bloodshed, culminating in the 15th and 16th centuries in the witchhunts and burnings. People who have accepted this view of religious truth have felt themselves at liberty to execute and kill those whose truth they feel does not line up with their own. And they have also felt at liberty to trash and destroy the beliefs of others, specfically indigenous peoples, where these were considered evil and wicked.

I see the echoes of this among many of us today, as we compete for the status of “truth” and having the right answers and being able to explain what is going on. We feel we have the right understanding, and our aim is to ensure that we either impart that to others and have them accept it, or we don’t associate with them.

How sad!

If I were Jesus today, maybe I would rephrase what I had to say. For Jesus, his teaching was particularly aimed against the “scribes and pharisees”, and that dualistic approach to spirituality still has resonances in those of us who were brought up in christian belief systems. We believe there is a “right” or superior “truth”. In the New Earth, we will recognize that there are many “truths” that are all part of the Way. We will learn to have respect for the truth of others, while still creating and nurturing our own sacred space and our own Truth. So maybe he would have said: “I am one of the messengers of Truth and Light that will lead you to the Way, but there are many others and you can respect them equally. But choose for yourself which version of truth is closest to your heart and honor and respect that, and then others will honor and respect you as well”.

Living in the space of the Heart means that the person is more important that the beliefs he or she might hold. We will understand that treating another with Love and Understanding is far more important than who is right.

So, in the New Earth we will learn to have Tolerance for other paths, and Acceptance and Respect for the Sacred Spaces created by others.

And as Lightworkers, it is time to release these old and often subconscious patterns and move into the Light of a more mature understanding of who we are and how we work with other Lightworkers.

Well…..this has been a very difficult week in terms of energies and transformations, both personal and global. The effects of the new energies on all of us, and then the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana and Mississippi, has left us feeling shock and sadness on some level.

So many images of suffering, pain, loss and deprivation being suffered by our fellow humans. In the days following the tragedy I think we all struggled to come to terms with what we were seeing. I know I found it hard to believe that these images were coming from the USA and not from Africa or Asia.

But as the drama continues to unfold, and it surely will for many months if not years, we are seeing the light and shining side of humanity as well. So many people around the planet, willing to help and to offer themselves and their services to those in need.

But I was most touched by two messages I received yesterday. The first was from Isabelle, the French translator for Starchild who lives in Portugal. Isabelle is a beautiful and loving soul who healed herself from cancer and has written a book that helps others to understand the miracles of healing available to us now. Isabelle added this message to her French translation of the channel from Archangel Michael on Hurricane Katrina:

Dearest Lightworkers from all around the world, as we feel deeply concerned with the ones who suffer, but can not all fly to the U.S and offer our services there, let us open our heart and move forward into Unity Consciousness, now.

You are Blessed by the Light!

Isabelle had fully understood the message from Archangel Michael, and was using energy and intention as a way of healing the whole. Every small gesture of kindness and love can make a difference! And the gift of Katrina will be an increased understanding of the need to extend love and kindness to all who are impoverished and suffering.

This wonderful message also arrived yesterday, from someone called Mark David, who I think is American. I loved the wonderful expression of a higher vibrational response to this tragedy as it unfolds:

Lord God of My Beingness, let my divine heart hold in its embrace all
who suffer, all who are in pain, all who are in distress, all who are
feeling sadness, grief and loss - in New Orleans, in the Middle East, in
Africa and everywhere.

Yes, truly, I think the concept of the One Planetary Family and our responsibility to it is coming to us at last. What a wonderful gift of the Ascension process!

The next and inevitable step forward will be the will on our part to put an end to suffering wherever it is found on the planet. This will mean that as a planetary society we will have to move beyond economics as a basis for our interaction, to ideas of common humanity and service to others. But this is what Spirit has been leading us towards for many years. A society based on the Heart and on Compassion, rather than money.

And after that shift will come the next and also inevitable step. Armies and military organizations will become humanitarian service organizations. This will be one of the recognitions that will come out of the Katrina experience. People will realize that the manpower and organization should be used to serve the ideals of peace and humanism rather than war!

It is indeed time to begin the process of turning our swords into ploughshares…….

This is a topic that has been going around in my head for a while. Someone sents me Steve Rother’s latest “Beacon of Light” channel, where he talks about the emergence of Spiritual Families as a feature of our new way of living. This definitely resonated with me, as I have always felt that the Starchild community was a “family” of souls that were drawn together to share and express their ideas and concepts. This has always been one of the motivating factors behind my work with Starchild.

But recently, I have had to allow for an expansion of this idea. Steve Rother indicates that the concept of family might move beyond just the group of people with whom you feel comfortable. It means to begin embracing a much larger concept of “family”.

Let me illustrate this by my trip to the local shoppping area today. I live in what was once a small town on the edge of a city. Urban sprawl happened and now we are part of the city, but we still function much like a small town. Everyone knows everyone, and we all know where to find the “best” things in town. So the best Health shop is where I shop for my food, since I have one of those sensitive Crystal digestive systems.

But the best little health shop in town in owned by the Seventh Day Adventist Church which has its local headquarters in my town. They subsidize it too, which is why the food is generally so reasonable. Seventh Day Adventists are vegetarian and also don’t go for preservatives and sugar etc. Ideal for me.

Well, it used to be a quiet little shop patronised by mostly middle-aged Adventists and a few adventurous foodies like myself. But then “Auntie Liz” came along and took over the shop.

She is of course, a Seventh Day Adventist, and fills the shop with gospel music and christian books. But she also fills it with her large and loving presence, much love and warmth, and the most delicious home-cooked vegetarian food! It’s a winning combination.

The Seventh Day Adventists are having to jostle for space with all sorts of people who also want to experience and enjoy the wonderful food and great energy in the shop.

When I was in there today, the gospel music was up to full blast. But, the patrons included me, a young couple who were dressed in black leather and had pierced rings in all sorts of places, and a young woman with the kind of hairstyle that you would not see in church. Hmmmm…..so there we all were….

And yes we were a “family’. People who wanted to eat well and who had all made the choice to be vegetarian for different reasons. I’m quite sure our beliefs and philosophies were all very different, and yet we were all drawn together by the vibration of love and wholeness put out by this one remarkable woman and her passion for what she does.

“Auntie Liz” treats each person who enters her shop as thought they were her family. You feel loved and embraced and well fed. Isnt that what mothers are supposed to do? Create a space for a “family”…people who can be themselves and still be accepted and loved.

Well, that brings me back to idea of a Spiritual Family. And the idea of accepting the beliefs and philosophies of others even if they are very different. I have noticed this with the new Indigo website as well. When I first started writing about Indigo children, it was a “New Age” belief, for lack of a better term. (I dislike the label, but its the best I can do for now)…… But now as I read the letters and posts, I realize that the idea of Indigos has been accepted by all sorts of people whose philsophies might not be the same as mine.

And hey..thats great. The concept of spiritual “families” is becoming broader and more inclusive.

Until, I guess, we all realize that we are all family.

And that there is nothing to argue about.

Just plenty to share….

Love and good food and all the great things in life……

And maybe only one rule: mutual respect and acceptance……

But that’s what the Indigo children have been trying to teach us all along…

Hello Everyone,

This new blog starts together with the launch of our wonderful new website - “The Indigo Crystal Life”. We have spent much time scheming and dreaming about how we could put together a site that would serve the growing audience of Indigos and Crystals, both the kids and the adults. Our aim was to allow you to share with us as much as possible. Indigos like to express their opinions and their views…so we wanted to create a space for that to happen.

For this first entry I just wanted to share with you some of my joy and wonder at the way in which we, as a planetary society, are beginning to appreciate the true gifts that our children are to us. This appreciation of the wisdom and love that children possess has been the result of the spiritual work that is being done by Indigos and Crystals on the planet right now!

When I was a child, way back (!)….., I was born into the last remnants of the Victorian culture, where children were seen and not heard. Parents considered children to be less important than adults, and tended to ignore their needs and issues. I remember being told that I could express my opinion “when I grew up” and was an adult, but until then I just had to accept was was told to me without question. Being an early Indigo, this did not go down well at all! I was always in trouble with everyone. But I am sure most Indigos know that feeling!

What Indigos have taught us is that our children incarnate with a higher consciousness than their parents. Parents can learn from their children, from their wisdom, honesty and creativity. This makes me think of two pertinent quotes. The first is from Kahlil Gibran’s “The Prophet”, where he discusses children and parents, and he says to parents that they should not strive to make their children like themselves, but rather should strive to be like their children. Then, Jesus the Nazarene sadi that unless his followers became like little children they would not inherit the kingdom of God. Both teachers showing that the qualities of the child and the open wisdom of the young are the bearers of the true energy of spiritual wisdom.

Indigo and Crystal children know that, and they are working to ensure that we, as the generation of parents and caregivers and teachers, learn to honor that truth. These children are teaching us to respect them, talk to and with them, and honor their views and opinions as well as their feelings.

Our new website is one of the ways we hope that this message will be passed on. We want Indigos and their parents, friends, partners etc to feel that this is a home for them to express what they need to. Both Kathy and I are waiting for your suggestions and ideas!
